I gave away my kitchen knives tonight. They're just two knives, a santoku and a chef's knife, but I've had them for a few years and they're excellent knives. At first, I was determined to keep them, but realized I could replace them - and who needs knives out on the road anyhow?
They're going to a good cook, at least.
And maybe I'm getting better at letting go of stuff.
